The Project
Hietzinger Hauptstraße 65 in the thirteenth district of Vienna was built by a family of builders in 1859 and has been completely renovated and extended by adding two new generously proportioned floors. Small shops, an almost rural tranquillity in the streets and countless historic villas with delightful gardens stand as reminders of a legacy that has been created and cherished for centuries.
Hietzing owes much of its flair to the proximity of the Imperial Court in days gone by and its enviable location that combines urbanity with an abundance of green spaces.
